Description:

Pinnacle Environmental Management Support, a full-service environmental claims management firm in business for over 20 years servicing major oil and petroleum corporations, is continuously recruiting for Entry Level Claims Analysts.

Work involves heavy use of computer skills including spreadsheet analysis, data entry, and accounting functions. The ability to stay focused on details is needed to be successful in this position. We provide extensive training. No insurance or claims experience needed.

Qualifications:

Administrative Assistant/Claims Analyst

Description:

Pinnacle Environmental Management Support, a full-service environmental claims management firm in business for over 20 years servicing major oil and petroleum corporations is seeking a Receptionist-Administrative Support for our corporate office in Pompano Beach, Florida and our regional office in Worcester, Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a unique industry!

Must be flexible, friendly, patient, organized, and an overall team player. Need to be able to work well under pressure. Also needs to maintain a professional appearance and have good phone skills. Must be skilled on basic word processing software, able to operate basic office equipment; type, use a 10 key calculator, and work well with others.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and guests.
  • Answer phones with professional etiquette, field messages and resolve general inquiries.
  • Provide administrative assistance to claims department; scanning, data entry, filing, preparation of reports and spreadsheets, preparation of reimbursement applications, uploading of documents and file management.
  • Provide administrative assistance to CEO and Human Resources.
  • Plan, organize and execute fun company events, praxis, birthdays, and meetings.
  • Receive, sort, distribute, prepare and ship all packages.
  • Keep track of all supplies needed and order when necessary; negotiating best prices with vendors.
  • Maintain common areas neat, organized and clean and well stocked at all times.
  • Account for time on a timesheet and complete work within budgeted time.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

  • Work requires extensive verbal and written communication skills and an excellent command of the English language.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong time management with proven ability in planning, prioritizing, and organizing diverse workload.
  • Must work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must have knowledge of office administrative procedures, and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment, at a level generally acquired through 1+ years related experience.
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive confidential situations and documents. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
  • Critical thinking and analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, accounting functions, and to find solutions to various administrative problems.
  • Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Scanning Clerk/Admin

Description:

Pinnacle Environmental Management Support, a full-service environmental claims management firm in business for over 20 years servicing major oil and petroleum corporations is seeking a Scanning Clerk for our Greensboro, North Carolina office.

The Scanning Clerk is responsible to produce legible digital copies of documents for retention purposes and ensure accuracy of the scanned documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Prep and organize documents to be scanned; remove any bindings, staples, clips, etc.
  • Scan, name, and electronically file documents effectively, ensuring that documents are legible and clean. Performs quality checks.
  • File all paper documents in correct order; binding, collating, stapling where appropriate.
  • Clean and perform basic maintenance on equipment; such as refill with paper and toner, keep machine free of staples, paper clips, etc.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and neat work space.
  • Manage workloads and timesheet, ensuring that time is billed to our clients appropriately and within established budgets.
  • Performs other duties and special projects, as assigned.
  • Familiar with electronic file management and Adobe.

Qualifications:

  • General experience of 6 months ~ 1 year desirable.
  • Experience operating a personal computer and/or document scanning equipment.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software and digital file storage/ management in the Microsoft Windows operating system.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English proficiently.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented verbally and in writing.
  • Can maintain an organized work system with attention to detail.
  • Physical demands may require to stand or sit for long periods of time, depending on the task.
  • Must be able to lift or move heavy objects, such as large heavy file boxes.

Program Manager

Pinnacle Environmental Management Support, a full-service environmental claims management firm in business for over 20 years servicing major oil and petroleum corporations, is recruiting for Program Managers. Pinnacle is searching for a problem identifier and solution driver who operates with purpose and thrives on challenge to get the job done in a technologically advanced environment.

Description:

Program Managers are responsible for multiple high profile clients and are the main point of contact for all client matters, including but not limited to: forecasting client receivables, budgeting of claims, billing inquires, and submitting completed claims to state regulators as well as other responsibilities. Program Managers coordinate with all stakeholders including internal team members, state regulators, environmental engineers and contractors with the goal of proactively servicing the client gathering the information necessary to resolve claims in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Comprehend and adhere to multiple state environmental regulations.
  • Anticipate and resolve potential and known client service issues independently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members and internal constituents in order to resolve matters in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Manage midsize remote teams and workloads.
  • Identify problems and swiftly implement the appropriate solution.
  • Perform quality control procedures on all claims prior to processing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of staffing/industry experience, or the equivalent combination of education and industry experience, required.
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in a client-oriented position.
  • Knowledge of environmental remediation activities, preferred.
