30 Years of Pinnacle EMS: Honoring Our Past, Shaping the Future
For three decades, Pinnacle Environmental Management Support has been more than a business—we’ve been a partner, an advocate, and a trusted guide in a constantly changing environmental landscape. As we celebrate our 30th anniversary, we take this moment not just to look back on what we’ve achieved but to share our vision for the road ahead.
A Future Built on Innovation and Stewardship
Nick Haddy, President and CIO and Ashley Haddy, Accounting/Business Development Associate, 2015
The next decade promises transformation across the environmental and energy sectors, and Pinnacle is ready to lead. Our President and CIO, Nick Haddy, shared a bold vision for the future:
Emerging Regulations: From PFAS cleanup to requirements to reduce methane emissions from abandoned wells, wherever the regulatory dialogue goes next, Pinnacle is focused on understanding the impact emerging regulations have on our clients, what can be done to reduce the administrative and financial burden of regulations, and advocating for mutually beneficial outcomes with local, state, and federal agencies.
Property and Land Portfolio Support: Pinnacle is committed to supporting enterprise risk analysis and closing compliance and information gaps across portfolios of land and retail fuel stations. Our goal is to help clients proactively manage their environmental liabilities while ensuring operational resilience and a strong position to achieve their corporate strategy.
Innovation and Technology: By integrating AI and advanced technologies, we aim to improve decision-making, efficiency, and outcomes for our clients—without replacing the technical expertise that remains at the heart of what we do. Data solutions, gathering historical records, and proactive decision-making will be cornerstones of our approach to complex challenges.
“At Pinnacle, we’re not just keeping pace with change; we’re helping to define it.”
Client Partnerships: Expanding Capacity, Reducing Burdens
Our clients are navigating increasingly complex environmental and regulatory challenges. Our commitment is to remain their trusted advisors—partners who understand their needs, expand their capacity, and empower them to focus on the tasks that matter most.
As Nick put it:
“Our role is to reduce the burden for our clients. We aim to deliver value that allows them to focus on their high-value priorities while we solve the complexities for them.”
With a breadth of experience and independence, Pinnacle brings clarity, expertise, and results—ensuring that our clients are always one step ahead.

A Legacy of Trust, Resilience, and Expertise
Our 30th anniversary is more than a milestone. It’s a celebration of the trust our clients have placed in us, the resilience that has carried us through challenges, and the values that continue to guide us forward.
We honor the vision of our founder, Cindy Williams, who built this company with flexibility, integrity, and a deep care for both employees and clients.
