401K

Saving for retirement is a priority.  Pre-and-Post-tax options are available in our 401K plan. Pinnacle EMS provides an automatic annual contribution to all eligible team members, regardless if they are participating in their 401K.

In addition to the pre-and-post tax options, Pinnacle EMS offers a variety of investment portfolios through its 401K provider.

Life Insurance and Disability

Pinnacle EMS provides options for life insurance and disability coverage to help protect eligible professionals and their families from the financial impact of unforeseen circumstances.

  • Life Insurance: Pinnacle EMS provides a term life insurance policy to each eligible team member.

  • Disability Insurance: Pinnacle EMS provides and pays for a policy of short-term disability policy and long-term disabilities for eligible employees. 

Family Leave

Need time to bond with and care for your child? Pinnacle offers time off for a leave of absence and coordinates leave with company-paid STD and LTD insurance policies.

Pinnacle EMS is flexible with the time off needed after having birth and transitioning back to work. We understand that every situation differs for each person and will work with you to get a plan.
