An increasing need for staff members to have centralized access to information pertaining to property history was a priority for a major oil company after the loss of internal institutional knowledge over the years.

Because Pinnacle has been collecting a wealth of information about this company's retail stations over the course of their years filing Underground Storage Tank cleanup reimbursement claims. Pinnacle advised that information could be compiled and shared in a centralized format.

A list of all documents and data currently held by Pinnacle is being developed, as well as the level of effort necessary to make this information available in a format that integrates with existing company tools.
