A Case Study
A major oil company was interested in having a source who could assist in gathering information on specific locations as need arises through either Claims to company, or needed information on liability, property / tank ownership information. The resources within the company were already used at capacity, and Pinnacle was integrated to support.
In order to streamline the process, Pinnacle developed an intake form for property research requests. We leveraged our historical knowledge of internal resources and online resources to research and locate needed information. Through the process, communications and processes were developed to create a shared Pinnacle SharePoint site for all landing information.
Pinnacle has been able to fulfill searches and requests at all times, with both soft and hard deadlines, while locating Sales Agreements, Property, and Environmental history details and environmental reports.

Identification of the information that had been a barrier to the sale of properties and essential to correct liability determination and remediation cost deference.
